Return and Exchange Terms
- No product can be returned or replaced unless there is a manufacturing defect in the item.
- The item must be in the same condition as when purchased and wrapped in the original cover.
- Return within 3 days and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- The promotion associated with the returned item can be returned if it is in its original condition or the value of the promotion will be deducted.
- Purchases paid can be returned with vouchers, credit cards or through the installment service.
- Receiving the shipment from the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment by the customer that the shipment (carton) is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
- The return and replacement period are calculated from the date of receipt and the stamped purchase invoice that arrived with the shipment must be brought.
- Warranty is Agent's guarantee.
Conditions for the immediate replacement of devices with manufacturing defects
- We replace the identical device with a defect (non-software) within 3 days from the date of purchase provided that the device is free of any scratches or misuse.
- Bring the original box with all the accessories and user manuals inside.
- Requires a report from an authorized maintenance agent before the replacement.
Conditions for electronic purchases
- Computers and/or their peripherals that have been allocated software or data cannot be returned or replaced.
- Any product whose original case has been opened or replaced or used cannot be returned, replaced.
- Any installed or operated product cannot be returned or replaced.
